I know how to cook mung bean vermicelli and the thing to avoid is putting too much liquid in and to only cook it for a short period of time lest the noodles turn into a soggy mess. But despite every care being taken with the amount of broth ladled into it to cook, the noodles still fall apart after abt 3-5 mins of cooking. Unpleasant to eat due to the texture + the stir-fry noodles look like a dog’s dinner afterwards since they can’t hold their shape. So this is the last time I will be ordering this. I have found a better vermicelli at a local Lidl supermarket called Vitasia Glass Noodles, better quality and texture.
