I'm also concerned right now about eating alter eco because they don't seem to be doing anything to address the dangerously high levels of cadmium (over 200% of safe daily intake per square). We used to inhale Alter Eco, several bars per week, but I can't give it to my family given the heavy metals. And the carb count is not that low compared to other brands like El Camino. Overall a bit of a fail.
