Flume is an Australian electronic music producer that makes music that is primarily instrumental. Flume was nominated for Grammy Awards for both albums at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards. Flume's debut album, "Skin", was based on the sound of his laptop's built-in microphone mixed with acoustic instruments to create a "deep, resonating sound." Flume's first album, "Skin", was released by Future Classic in Australia at the beginning of 2012. The album was named after the laptop that created the songs. The album includes song such as "Tiny Cities" and "Helix," which were later released on "Holden." In 2013, Flume released his second album, "Holden," which was recorded in a basement space in Melbourne with his own voice and instruments. There are multiple singles from this album: "Holden," "Insane," and "On Top." The most notable track off of this album is "Sleepless," which was released on Flume's EP, "Hang Loose."
