The serving per volume I think it is good too, although largely sauce. The box is microwave safe, remove the lid, peal way the plastic freshness seal, place the lid on the top again but not closed tightly and microwave. I actually think this is ideal to serve over chips, like a chip shop sauce, just dont expect it to be a chunky, chicken curry like I did when I made the purchase to begin with.It is an example of convenience processed food too, I'm not convinced it isnt loaded with sugars or salt or preservatives.
