They heat up within 20 minutes and stay warm for well over 8 hours which makes them ideal for work. I can cut down my use of painkillers when using these. I find them easy to adjust within the 'glove' so that I can place them for maximum effect where the point of pain is. If you have pain that responds to heat then these are well worth trying. I have them now on automatic delivery, saves money and I won't run out especially as colder weather is coming.

Suffer with arthritis in my wrists and these are the best thing to relieve the pain when it gets bad. Can only buy the refill packs now - wish they would make them with the wrist glove again as mine are now wearing thin and I will be lost without them. Have tried using them with the knee sleeve but it is a lot bigger and not as effective

It's ashame for the price . But it does work great, I put them on over night and wake alot better. Again if the price was cheaper for sure this would be a great product to use all the time. Price has made me drop a star
