The Tax and Legal Playbook: Game-Changing Solutions To Your Small Business Questions

I was already a fortunate and very successful small business person when I read this book. This book started my journey to becomming an exceptional tax and wealth strategist for my family. This is by far the best tax and legal stratgy book that I've read. I liked Wheelright's book as well, but I found this more practical. No, it is not a detailed granular how to book, it is a consider these ideas and strategies and apply them to yourself and your business. It is meant for a dynamic small business owner, and it is an excellent book.

Such a good read. Not too long. Very direct. Contains lots of info. It reads like a person talks. Interested in finishing the read soon.

I'm beginning the path to financial freedom and learning about taxes is important to me. The content of this book is the best I've seen for this purpose. Mark's YouTube videos show his passion for this topic for a long time now. highly recommend this book and Mark's services. I will be exploring those services myself now. Trifecta all the way!

This was such an easy read I can’t say anything bad. This book gives a loose overview of some topics to discuss with your CPA and/or attorney so you have a baseline to understand where to start & what topics to investigate more if you think they sound valuable for your situation. This book generally covers a wide range of topics while being laid out in a very easy to read manner. I definitely found value in this book for the price and will refer to it in the future as I continue my studies. Happy with this purchase.

One of the best basics needed for businesses! Highly recommend!

A general book on business creation and Asset protection with lots of valuable information. This is a good, easy to follow first primer for people who are interested in choosing the right business entity and protection of wealth. Of course there is a lot of self promotion, which didn't bother me. You can gain at least enough knowledge to be able to ask the right questions. That alone makes it a bargain. Clint Coons and William Bronchick are a few other sources, and I recommend you look them up for expansion of your knowledge of these areas.

I purchased this book in conjunction with a few others to help me be sure I have well-rounded view of things. This book is good for what it is...even though I have heard some of this before, I like that I one centralized place to help me map the start of my business. The author even talks about health plans and retirement. A good book to have on hand, even if you do have a person; it's always good to do your own reading.

I’m not an expert by any means so I found this book very insightful and filled with useful knowledge. Mark explains the material in a simplified manner, making it easy to comprehend. Basically getting a CPA and Attorneys advice and counseling for the minimal cost of the book. This book is not to substitute in lieu of a professional, and Mark does suggest throughout the book that something’s are not a DIY process. Highly recommend reading.
