Great overall timed released multivitamin with the right amount of nutrients. No GI issues with this product as well.

Large sized vitamin

To be honest, I haven’t been taking this supplement as often as I should to see results. I will say this, they are HUGE and sometimes it takes a sec for me to swallow. What I am happy about is, the fast shipping during these unforeseen times, when everything is taking soooo long to receive. Once I start taking them as instructed, I will update this review.
