This stuff works. Im a 43 yr old female. I've ran almost daily for almost three decades. Ive worked out forever. this is a great product. It’s honestly so many different vitamins for joint and flex lubrication and support it’s a one stop shop and it works well. It would be nice to see on some kind of pamphlet of what the different pills are and what they do. My thought was I could only take the certain ones that I needed at the time however they kind of forced you to take all 12 or seven or however however many are in a pack. it’s also a very high price but I completely get there’s reputation packaging convenience and quality in this product. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with joint pain or any athlete trainer or sports enthusiast
