Fletchers Mill Rolling Pin French Style Dough Roller Handcrafted Hardwood 20 inch

I'm so happy with this rolling pin. I wanted a french style pin because they're easier to manipulate. This one is also a good weight - heavy enough to work well and light enough that my (puny, little, stickperson) arms don't get too tired when I use it. It's good wood, looks and feels great. My only real downside is that it's so long it doesn't fit in any of my drawers. But honestly, who cares? It's so pretty on my countertop and there is no need to hide it away. It's a great pin at a great price and it would make a nice gift.

I bake weekly at a minimum and I finally broke down and purchased a one-piece rolling pin. Best baking decision I ever made. I like it so much more than my old handled marble roller. It is easy to use, easy to control, easy to clean. I only wish that it were slightly thicker, as I have quite large hands; I expect for most people it fits them just fine. If you are a frequent baker, do yourself a kindness and buy a wooden roller. It'll be the best $20-couple kitchen item you'll purchase.

So pleased that craftsmanship is alive and well, at least with Fletcher’s Mill. The quality of this item will last two life times. Lightweight and hard as a rock quality wood. It came totally smooth sanded and the turn work on their lath is perfection. So glad I chose to purchase from them!

Quality hard maple wood, perfect construction, very smooth finish. I put a little mineral oil which use for butcher block cutting boards. Ordered one for myself, one for good friend. Good for making pasta, пельмени (dumplings/pirogy). Pleasant to use, easy to clean, and it looks great. Highly recommend!

Liked quality,weight and length

I love it! I love how easy it is to clean and drys quick. It didn’t stick to my dough although I do use flour but even with past rollers the dough still stuck with flour on it. Easy to roll and made a nice level roll out. I especially love that it’s made right here in the USA, we need to support our country, our people who make a living off of what they make. This roller is high quality and cheaper then others for the type of quality you receive.

I love this rolling pin. At first, I had to get used to it, but soon I was excited to use this pin. It is so easy to roll out a dough circle and to flatten out any bumps or lumps. I still have my standard rolling pin, but I find myself using the french pin over and over again. This pin is about $10 less than other similar pins, so it's a good bargain. Buying one for my daughter who likes to make her own pizza dough.

Quality French pin and shipped fast! The wood is lovely and smooth and the shape seems perfect. Used it to roll out the second pie crust I've ever made and it worked beautifully. It feels good to support a Made in the USA, small family business.
