Is it easy to peel off with no residue left over?

Hello! I actually peeled it off two days ago. It is easy to peel off. However, there was a lot of residue left on the windows.

will it keep out tiny bugs

Definitely, without a doubt. I put it up when the temp drops below 45 and the bugs in my garden and by the trees in front start looking for warmer areas and I've never had an issue. It keeps out air itself, it's a great seal.

Is this tape suitable for use on exterior surfaces?

I used some of this tape outside &, in time, it will begin to peel off.
