Just to be clear, this product does not contain mushrooms?   Also, what is the size of the capsule?   Can the capsule be broken to allow swallowing?

Here is a screen shot of the label.   It contains 500mg of SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE.  This is a probiotic strain isolated from baker's yeast or brewer's yeast.
