Excellent sketchbook!
I love this sketchbook! The paper is heavy and perfect for markers. It's lovely and smooth, very white. A3 is a great size for when you want to make a drawing a bit more substantial than the A4 or the 9"x12" which are pretty standard drawing sizes. The cardboard backing is very sturdy. It doesn't bend even if I'm using it on the couch which is a lot harder on sketchbooks than sitting at a table. The perforations are great. It's quite easy to take out a page, not much chance of tearing. It comes with a silicone mat that you put between pages to prevent bleeding through to the next page. The paper is good enough that while it bleeds through to the back of the page it never gets onto the next page. That's pretty unusual. The mat's a nice touch, even though it isn't really necessary. I use prismmacolor markers with this sketchbook with great results! I've used smaller, hardback, square sketchbooks by this company several times and the paper in this this is the same. I loved those so I was really excited to find a bigger one. The price is just fine, not unlike other premium sketchbooks. This is highly recommended for marker users, especially alcohol markers. It's excellent for blending. Great product! Definitely a thumbs up.

Big improvement over the cheap sketchbook.
I noticed a big difference between this and the sketchbook I had been using. When I used the sketchbook the markers would bleed badly and run outside the lines. This paper soaks up the ink better so there’s less bleeding. I also noticed that the colors are a bit different than with the cheaper sketchbook. The paper is also quite smooth so it’s easier to erase pencil sketches. You also can’t see through to the next page. It feels really solid.

MASSIVE Sketchbook, MASSIVE Quality
I'm in my mid 30s and just beginning my journey into the world of drawing after not picking that hobby back up since I was a kid. I wanted better supplies than kid-me could've ever dreamed of, and tis the season, so I splurged and got myself this comically huge one. This sketchbook is SO BIG that it barely fits my easel! But that's exactly what I hoped for, except it's even bigger than I thought it would be. I'm thrilled because it means there is SO much space to work with on each page, so much art to be done to fill this beautiful book. The paper quality is top notch. Sakura Micron Pigma pens, alcohol markers with plenty of layering, these pages handle everything I throw at it no problem. Not to mention, they're really smooth to draw, write and color on. Generously, they include a fantastic plastic sheet that goes between the pages to prevent bleed-through, just in case, but for my purposes I haven't run into that issue (but of course judiciously use said sheet anyways). I was surprised, though, that the sheet is so malleable and smooth as well, not rough or rigid as I had initially thought it might be (though I'm not sure why I thought that, heh). I realize this is an expensive sketchbook, but it isn't, really, because the effect it's had on my art already is phenomenal. If anyone is serious about art, and not looking to just doodle around, or you want to work with (or perhaps already do work with) alcohol markers, THIS is the book to get. I am so excited to fill it to the brim with fun projects. It's worth every single penny, and then some.

Lovely Art Pad!
My daughter and I really Love these art pads for our alcohol ink pens....there Can be some slight bleed through if you are heavy handed with the ink but to date using silicone mat in between pages keeps that from happening. The feel of the paper is super smooth, so when time comes I will be back for another pad!

Great product.
The paper works well absorbing 3+ layers of alcohol markers and is compatible with fine line markers (like Sakura Micron, Sasara, Sharpie). Regular pencils and mechanical pencils do leave light traces, some (colored) erasers too, so be careful! Color correction pens work fine to cover up mistakes, but not the best coverage; although hardly noticeable. The included mat helps to prevent bleeding through other pages. Overall, the pages/sketchbook is durable, has a smooth texture finish, and looks clean.

Excellent sketchbook, even for different mediums!
I love this sketchbook! I originally bought this only for Ohuhu markers, but lately I’ve found myself enjoying using other mediums besides alcohol markers on this. It’s very smooth but still allows color pencils to look and stay nicely. I don’t layer too much, so the paper doesn’t warp. The spiral binding doesn’t grow loose easily and is durable throughout. It may be a bit overpriced but still great overall. I’ve bought two.

Great quality, more expensive doesn't always mean better
I love this for drawing and coloring in with markers. When I 1st switched from color pencils to markers, I started with copic but had no clue how important the right paper is. Then I bought this expensive copic paper and loved it, but was trying to find something more affordable. This is the one for sure, I tried the other ohuhu marker pad it was a cpl dollars more, but I was not impressed at all and actually ruined my drawing due to the color not blending right, I started over once I received this one again and I'm glad to have the right paper again

The quality is great, especially coming from a budget friendly option. Though the price is pretty steep when it’s not on sale. But if you’re planning to use it for full illustration drawings sure go for it. I think it’s definitely a good quality paper.

Make sure to buy one of these if you're also buying alcohol markers. The paper is good quality and the colours don't bleed. Highly recommend!

J’aime le papier! Il est moyennement épais et il viens avec une feuille protectrice pour pas que l’encre déborde.

I like this product, I think the amount of pages you get for the price is pretty standard and it works really well for the ohuhu markers so the product as a while is worth the cost in my opinion. • The paper is very smooth and nicely thick, though it isn't at thick as something like a watercolour paper, but it doesn't seem to be buckling - it does slightly when the ink is still wet but quickly dries down flat. • Fineliners, pencils and markers glide over the surface easily, there was no friction or grabbing. • I appreciate the serrated edge for easy removal of each sheet • I did have some problems with my fineliners smearing with the application of the markers over top, which I don't experience on other types of paper - I imagine this is due to the paper being designed not to suck up too much ink, thus being less absorbant, and so the pen is sitting on top rather than settling in. This is easily rectified by running an eraser over my linework to pick up the excess ink before applying the markers though. • The ink does run through with layering, especially with blending, but the sketchbook does come with a plastic sheet to put between the pages to avoid ruining the one beneath and so it's not a big issue. You just can't use both sides of the paper.
