Can sweatshirts and hoodies fit in this bag?

I don't think the bag would be big enough for thick items like sweatshirts and hoodies, sorry. ❤

Where are they maunufactured?

I am not sure, but I returned them poor quality.

How many bags are you actually getting? Are there 1500 bags?

100 count X 15 sets. Yes. 1,500 bags total.
