Outstanding product, very sharp. Just touched the blade and had a nice skin cut LOL I bought the special 2 for $24, just awesome.

Gave hubby this for Valentines to complete a set of colorful knives,silicone basting brushes and silicone heat resistant long handled colorful spoon/scrapers/spatulas for his very large new combo gas/charcoal grill and smoker for Christmas. Our daughter Jens family gave him a lovely tool boxed stainless grilling set at Christmas. So all he needs is a light and shakers for spice blends and apron and heat resistant gloves and set of meat shreaders for Birthday and Fathers Day lol... This knife is so nice I will get 2 more of these and the 3 other sets of brushes,knives and spoon/scrapers/spatulas for our Daughters and Son-Laws for next Christmas. Always wanted a sokou style and a ceramic knife for cutting apples,lettuces and potatos in particular from turning brown. The box with metalic flap just shows its very nice to give as wedding gift,housewarming,all purpose for College or outdoor camp and cooking... THIS IS WELL BALANCED AND FEELS GOOD USING TO CHOP AWAY LIKE RACHEL RAY! Give your guy his own tools for grilling... I like the quality and have higher end kitchen things and ordinarily would be turned off with the green. Wish you had a choice on handle but easy to find and what the heck,its fun!..Debbie MD

Have been using ceramic knives for a while now - mostly for fruits & veggies - the Vos comes not only with a protective cover for the blade it arrives in this box that is nice enough to keep stored in if you have the room The size is great & the knife is comfortable to hold - just be careful these knives are very sharp so much so that I'm thinking of buying stock in Band Aids lolol - anyway the cut is precise & clean -first VOS knife I've had so let's see how long before it chips - yes all Ceramic knives chip easily so be aware to take careful handling of it -

I’ve been looking for a ceramic knife since I found out that lettuce will not brown when you cut it with these knives. But they have been so overpriced I’ve never been able to afford them. But these Vos knives are so affordable ($20) I finally am able to buy one. I bought the Cleaver one and so happy I did. It’s very lightweight and sharp. It slices thru the lettuce with ease. Depending on what else I can used these knive for, I’ll probably purchase the set. I’ve only have the knife for a week now, so I’ll have to see what I can use it for.

Man, this thing is sharp! Be careful. Chops produce like a pro. I can't say enough nice things about it. Just be careful. I took off a bit of my finger today with it. I love the handle, the sheath and the sharpness of this thing. I recommend it.

Note: this is a 10" steel carving knife, not ceramic. I am actually using this knife for smaller slicing jobs instead of breaking out the slicer. It's perfect for slicing roasts and I look forward to using it on a standing rib roast. I find myself using it instead of my more expensive chef knife because it is just fun to use. It is easy to cut thin consistent slices. Handles easily, light and well balanced. Looks great, like I'm wielding a scimitar against meaty foes. My favorite knife purchase in years.

I like cutting my veggies and fruits cleanly and thinly. This blade does a amazing job of it!

I loved this 6 5" ceramic cleaver knife while it lasted. Cut root veggies beautifully and also thinly slices tomatoes, kiwis and apples. It also worked great for cutting meat. Bought it in July 2023, but on Christmas day in the same year, the ceramic tang snapped inside the handle while cutting a rutabaga. The blade seperates from the handle now with minimal force. Now it is just a dangerous shadow of its former self. I could probably epoxy the tang back into the handle Hopefully I can get a replacement from the manufacturer
