Can you attach a floorboard?

A floorboard will not attach to the T-Rex Truck.

Are there safety restraints?

There are no safety restraints for the T-Rex Truck

How often do I need to feed the dinosaur?

A t-rex needs about 1 human every 2 days to stay happy and healthy. Or anything equal to 110,000 calories. My nephew has had his for 2 months now and this eating pattern seems to be working quite well. Hope this helps.

Is there some where for the child to relax their feet when being pulled/pushed?

No, this product does not contain a floorboard.
