After recently seeing "The Book of Mormon" and the HBO documentary about Scientology, I'm all to willing to believe that people will believe what they choose to believe (based on persuasive agents ranging from Mormon missionaries at your front door step to a Tom Cruise siting at a Dianetics conference. Neither my doctor nor my blood panel results have offered convincing proof that one scientist's research showing that arginine lowers cholesterol can be trusted. But if you've read the book and are game to give it a try--or if you're already a believer based on persuasive personal evicence of improved cholesterol readings, then I'm convinced, after trying half a dozen other brands, that Cardio Heart Health is the best all-around value for the money. (It's probably best to remember that "middle men" are frequently involved in a product like this, which can account for price differences as well as some of the disparities in the ratings among brands.) At present this brand appears to offer the most product for the money. The next least-expensive brand costs ten dollars more for a mere 12 ounces compared to the 16+ ounces of the Cardio Heart Health container. The taste is less objectionable than some of the others--not as sweet, and not as "chemical" (it's noteworthy that the ingredients list "sugar" as a flavoring). In fact, the flavor is reminiscent of mom's grape Kool-Aid (I know, it's hard to say that for those of us who remember Jim Jones). The additives are generous and genuinely heart-healthy, practically obviating the daily use of additional vitamin tablets. (I do wish, however, that the formula had included at least a modest amount--50 mg?--of CoQ10, which is one of the few vitamins endorsed by Consumers Reports). Personally, I'm not as yet totally convinced in the benefits of either this product or the even more touted CoQ10, but I do know that Cardio Heart Health is my brand of choice, and I would welcome its availability as a subscription item (or Pantry Product) through Amazon Prime.

I have found Cardio Heart Health to be an excellent product for several reasons. I have suffered with swollen ankles for the last few years and have tried several products to get relief. Thought I would give Cardio Heart Health a try after reading the book, "No More Heart Disease" by Dr. Louis Ignarro. In reading this book, I discovered that my swollen ankles could be due to my heart not working properly, not to mention that I also have a-fib. After taking this product for just a few days, I noticed that my ankles were no longer swollen. I thought it could be a coincidence; but this product has proven to be a godsend as my ankles look normal now (yes, I can see my ankle bones!). I have been using this product only once a day, but intend to add one more time to see if I can get "rid" of a-fib. Some of the other reasons that I like this product are: 1. It contains all the necessary vits/mins plus other heart health ingredients like Hawthorne Berry. 2. It is in my price range. 3. It tastes like a sweet-tart cherry drink 4. It is GMO free 5. It contains real sugar (not a lot but enough to taste good) and not the unhealthy sugar substitute like splenda. 6. It is gluten free. I am thrilled to find a product that does what is designed to do---help the heart! I will continue to purchase it. One last point-- according to the book, the ingredients in this product would be beneficial to those people who suffer from peripheral neuropathy.

I just ordered the 3 pack after using one bottle for a month. I'm a 65 year old male. I'm a real purchaser and user if only for one month so far. Yesterday I went to the cardiologist and he said these supplements are "snake oil." Then he checked me out and (after only using one bottle, or about a month's worth) he noticed the swelling in my ankles was gone and my cholesterol has come down. Not so lucky with my BP though. The doc said if there were miracle mixtures he would be using them... LOL... Just getting rid of my headaches is well worth the price for me. Pros for me: - Migraine headaches are virtually gone. - Better circulation because the swelling in my ankles is gone. - Improved ED which my wife likes too. - I "feel better" over all than when I don't take this. - No stomach or digestive problems like I get from other brands/types of vitamin supplements. - It dissolves easy and has not clumped up like I read in other feedback. Cons: - It has not lowered my BP. I hope it will given more time. - Cost... nothing is free, but this is less than $30 per month. It's well worth it to me. I recommend giving this a trial if your looking for a vitamin supplement with various benefits!

I am on my second container and believe me, this product delivers what it say it will. I've been hypertensive since I was in my 40s and taking medication for it, but recently I was also diagnosed with mitro valve prolapse which would cause scary "flutters" in my heart rhythm . Since using Doctor Recommended Cardio Heart Health, I have experience little to none of these irregular heartbeats. My brother was the one to suggest another cardio formula he was using, but complained it was expensive at $50. I decided in check out the different brands available here on Amazon and came across the Doctor Recommended brand. I compared the ingredients from both formulas and found them to be almost exactly the same, except this one is actually BETTER! It contains twice the amount of Vitamin D3 as the other brands which is extremely important for the absorption of calcium so it doesn't end up in your arteries and kidneys. My mother and grandmother both suffered with angina, heart disease and kidney stones so I've been on a quest for many years to prevent myself from ending up with the same problems. Doctor Recommended Cardio Health is the answer! The combination of ingredients saves your health, time and money. No need to purchase many different supplements...they're all in this one formula for HALF THE PRICE of other cardio heart health brands! Do your health one better by also ordering the Doctor Recommended Resrveratrol supplement to take in combination with this. If you have any questions, you can call the company at the number listed right on their packaging. Doctor Recommended stands by all their products 100%.
