Will they fit a 2011 lincoln town car executive l

I'm nearly 100% sure they will fit... That part on the Lincoln has not changed over the years... You can always for it B4 Permanently applying it. I did n felt more comfortable putting it on...

Do these completely cover the black - even the sides? Meaning they wrap around on the sides?

No they don't, in fact for my 2006 Town Car they were about 1/8 or so not wide enough to cover completely the mounting area. And, they do not "wrap around".
