No. But it dies mildly exfoliate. I do like it.

Is the urea derived from urine or is it produced synthhetically/ in a lab, from ingredients, that do not include urine?

Our Dr. Scholl's Ultra Exfoliating Lotion is a Lotion not a scrub. If you are wishing to remove flakes and hard skin manually, we highly suggest that you try our Nano Glass File. It is great for removing hard skin and flakes and leaving the skin smooth.

What is the difference between this product and the ultra hydrating cream? Which is stronger?

The Dr. Scholl's Ultra Hydrating Cream contains the maximum amount of Urea in combination with Epsom Salt and a blend of essential oils to aid in providing hydration to reverse the signs of dry skin. The Dr. Scholl's Ultra Exfoliating Foot Lotion contains an alphahydroxy acid known to work in exfoliating skin cells gently yet effectively. It also contains the moisturizers; Urea, Epsom Salt and Essential oils, but not to the same level as the Ultra Hydrating Cream. Both are powerful with their power targeted at two separate benefits - hydration vs. exfoliation.
