Worked great for me. I have a new large slab coil that, for whatever reason, had a few 1" strips of bent fins and some typical bending at the edges of the slab. I measured the fins-per-inch, selected the matching plastic comb tool, and spent about 20min carefully combing out the fins. Most of it turned out great, though a few heavily bent sections didn't quite recover to perfection. Those ended up getting a little boogered, but they are far better than they started out. After a little bit of practice, you start to get more efficient at combing out long strips without the comb popping out as you pass over each tube of the coil.

I used this to clean my AC condenser. It worked well. And for the sticky dust you have to use this. Just cleaning foam didn’t worked well for the sticky dust.

So these do straighten fins. Since different fins have different spacing between, the variety was needed. They do not go deep enough to clean all the way between the fins, front to back, and if you're not careful, you can also tear the fins off.

Good value for the money with this set. I have three air conditioners to keep up with in this has done the trick. It works on my rooftop units as well as my house. Makes cleaning and straightening easy. Sizing appears to be the standard. Overall easy to use.

Don't buy this or any of these cheap plastic equivalents! They're all relabled versions of the same. First: plastic is softer than aluminum. Within minutes you'll see the plastic teeth getting worn down. Second: the relief kerf for the fins is actually barely a few hundredths of an inch wider than the fin itself. How well do you think this will work for fins that are bent or broken? You guessed it, horribly. Again, this will not work for more than a few minutes, and that with difficulty.

They did the job and worked. Love that it comes with lots of different sizes. Was really easy to try them all out to find the right size. The reason I am dropping a couple stars is because a couple of the teeth broke off while I was using. Before and after photos of my 1999 trailer AC.

Staple tool for coil cleaning. Pick your size and comb; nothing fancy but does the job

I bought this because they had one that specified it was 20 fins per inch, as per the image of the product I was buying. None of the supplied combs met this criteria, thereby was unable to actually comb the condenser. I think this caused more damage than I had before.
