Try adding this honey to hot tea for a natural sweetener; or try this recipe: slice 4 apples and place them in the bottom of an 8-inch square pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Combine 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup water, 3/4 cup rolled oats, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup wheat germ, 1/4 cup butter, 2 Tbsp honey, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle liberally over the apples and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
