Description

Woodford Reserve, the oldest and smallest distillery in Kentucky traces its origins to 1797 when Elijah Pepper began distilling in Woodford County. This National Landmark crafts Woodford Reserve Distiller's Select, the Official Bourbon of the Kentucky Derby. This photograph was taken sometimes in summer of 2015, while visiting the Woodford distillery for a scheduled photo shoot. I used Mamiya 645 medium format camera, and Ilfort HP5+ Black and White film to capture the scene. The film is then developed, scanned, processed, and finally printed.
