How did you convert and program it to wled?

You need to use a ESP8266 or ESP32 and use a level shifter to convert 3.3v to 5v. Both ESPs are only 3.3v and if the LED is 24v+ and the data line is 5v+ you'll have to shift the voltage from 3.3v+ to 5v+ to go with WLED. But the answer is yes, you can do that. Someone said you can't but I've already done it so that comment should be removed.

Is there a gain control in case my signal isn't strong enough (or too strong)?

The signal strength between the controller and the LED strip is related to two factors. One is the power of the power supply, and the other is the distance between the controller and the LED Strip. They all affect the signal of the controller, if the signal is unstable, it will cause the controller and LED Strip to be uncontrollable.

How many effects can I chain into a show?

The SP105E controller has 200 kinds of dynamic lighting effects.

SP107E solamente funciona con 12V

No funciona con adaptador de 5V ( no detecta tu celular el bluetooth ) tienes que ponerle uno de 12V y creo que dependiendo de la tira led le tienes que poner un adaptador de 5V a la pura tira led yo compre la WS2812B y le tuve que conectar un cargador de celular de 5V para que funcionara la tira led

Ottimo prodotto e assistenza post vendita.

Ottimo controller. Mantiene le impostazioni alla riaccensione e non ho riscontrato problemi di connessione con l'app. App ben fatta e funzionale. Dopo alcuni mesi di utilizzo uno dei due controller ha smesso però di funzionare, non comandava più la linea data di uscita. Ho mandato il video del problema al costruttore e mi ha subito contattato. Dopo la verifica mi ha spedito un nuovo controller arrivato il giorno dopo! Ottimo esempio di assistenza in garanzia.

Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung

Habe den Controller mit 4 verschiedenen LED Stripes ausprobiert und alle funktionieren auf ihre Art. Man sollte hier auf jeden Fall bedenken das dies ein universeller Controller ist. Das heisst, nicht jeder Modus funktioniert mit jedem Stripe. Einzelne Farben sind hier nicht das Problem sondern eher die dynamischen Modis wie Lauflicht etc. Bei einem Stripe waren einzelne Modis in der langsamsten Einstellung schon viel zu schnell. Mit einem anderen funktionieren diese perfekt und andere Modis dafür nicht richtig. Dies lässt sich aber meiner Meinung nach bei einem solch universell verwendbare Controller nicht vermeiden da jeder Stripetyp eben halt anders ist. Im Mixed Modus kann man unter 180 verschiedenen effekten wählen. Bei all meinen getesteten Stripes sind davon mindestens 20-30 zu gebrauchen. Das man sich dort Favoriten markieren kann ist sehr gut. Die Verbindung über WiFi funktionierte auf Anhieb problemlos. Habe den Controller seit 3 Wochen pausenlos im Einsatz ohne irgendwelche negativen Auswirkungen auf die LEDs. Kann den Controller demnach auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Nachtrag: Ich verwende übrigens für meinen 5m Stripe ein 12V Netzteil mit 3A. Funktioniert damit einwandfrei.
