Hi, thanks for reaching out. We have been trying to get a size guide put on here but Amazon won't allow the changes to the listing page, so I will provide it here. These dimensions are based on the circumference of the crown. Measure around the widest part of your head above your ears. Small = 51-55cm Medium = 55-59cm Large = 59-62cm XLarge = 61-65cm Thanks again and I hope this helps! The Flying Kiwi Outdoors - Authorized SMITH Dealer

Does this have the extended coverage for back of the head ?

Yes, the Smith Engage does have extended coverage for the pack of the head

Does this helmet have he magnetic clasp?

Hello, no magnetic clasp, just the standard clasp type of fork.

Does this helmet absorb sweat? Are there removable pads to wring out sweat?

The pads absorb sweat and are removable and replaceable. I also were a dew rag underneath to absorb extra sweat. After a ride they are full of sweat and I just put the helmet in the sun to dry them out for the next days ride.
