A bit small but useful
I was actually given two of this company's woodcarving sets before, which is how I fell in love with the hobby. With that trust and knowing the company's passion and quality of their products, I decided to purchase more woods from them. Overall, I am happy with the purchase I made. The wood is very sturdy and easy to carve into any shapes you want. I'd love to purchase more carving tools as well. Overall, I trust the company's quality products and their passion for wood carving. I would highly recommend this brand and their products. They offer amazing quality at affordable prices!

This helped me get into woodcarving
I wanted to get into woodcarving over the summer, but it seemed like a pretty difficult hobby to just pick up out of the blue. Several YouTubers recommended BeaverCraft for beginner tools and wood, so I decided to bite. This basswood has proven to be exactly what I needed for starting out with carving! The wood is incredibly soft (for a wood--it's not like clay), so it makes whittling and carving a breeze. The size and quantity of the blocks are also amazing, coming with about 12 long pieces and 6 cube pieces for various projects. A lot of videos you can find online utilize the longer blocks, so I appreciated the large amount they sent me. If you're looking for high quality wood, I can definitely add my endorsement to BeaverCraft. Check out their other products, too! They're (generally) affordable and great quality.
