Love these and may only ever use instead of inserts. Great for boots or such. Did not work with more open heels but had enough cushion and coverage to protect my toes from scratching and rubbing raw inside of shoes. The balls of my feet were not sore at end of day. Can take a little to get use to them as they are different and can make toes a little warm. I liked that thought as I'm always cold. Would love if they reached a long across ball of feet.

So I got these after a recommendation because I was replacing old ones of another style. I am a runner, I have pins in my toes, so these really help. First I will say that these are very comfortable they stay in place and I really don’t feel the lower seam when I run. However… When I unsealed the package and opened them I thought. “that’s weird, there’s three left and only one right foot. “. Give me a little grace with that one, it was 4 in the morning and I had had absolutely no coffee and my ability to function had not yet kicked in. We’ve all been there so hear me out….Then I thought, “duh, one is just inside out. “. But then my brain was thinking, if one is inside out, were these used? Were these things that I just had my hands on, used on someone else’s foot and then sold back to me? Because why would one be inside out? That’s super nasty. Now I need to go burn a layer of flesh off of my hands. I keep picturing someone’s nasty feet all up in someplace where I’m now putting my feet and I want to throw up. And don’t come at me telling me the package was sealed because used products get resealed in things all the time. But besides the severely questionable hygiene and the panic that I might now have a flesh eating virus, these are actually Hella comfortable for running and stay in place better than the ballerina toes ones I was using before. I tried to send a message over to the seller, he probably looked at my message and went wow she’s pretty dumb just turn it inside out… But again… Why was one inside out?🤢🤮☠️ 🦶🔥😳.

Not a very good fit for a wider foot with long toes. Difficult to keep on outer toes, especially pinky toe. The longer back for cushion on ball of foot is nice in theory. But, I found it bunched below toes. Very uncomfortable and exacerbated foot discomfort I was trying to eliminate.

It’s ok it help but it is not fit to the shoes I have , depends what kind of shoes you can wear.

These are great at cushioning my poor older feet! I use them in my ballet slippers and they really make a difference to the ball of my foot (and to my Morton’s neuromas). My pointed foot isn’t as pretty, but it’s totally worth not having sore feet for two days every time I take/teach class. This is my 3rd or 4th set and I can review with confidence. I’ll mention a little trick that I do… I found that they would slip and not stay in place. So, what I do now is I leave the big toe intact but I cut just a bit off the top of where the rest of the toes go. So, in essence, my second third and fourth toes are sticking out. It works like a charm and it doesn’t slip anymore. I tried the other version that you’ll see online by the same company where the big toe sticks out and the rest the toes stick out as well, but on my foot, that version slipped all over the place and I couldn’t get it to hold still. A differently shaped food might be fine with leaving this one in tact, or may find that the other one doesn’t slip. I can only review if my foot and I love this version and the comfort!

They did not prevent my toes from hurting, and the front of the shoe. And if you wear them more than once, it starts to slip off, and one ripped.

For now, I just wanted to quote two sentences from the package: "Can be worn with shoes. For best results wear socks over the cushion to help prevent running and skin irritation. Actually, I have to add that it was difficult to put the things on. I have to believe that one size DOES NOT FIT ALL. However, I finally got the things on...sorta, but I have no confidence that they'll stay in place. Finally, I'm not expecting much, but if I am pleasantly surprised after wearing them for a while, I'll happily upgrade my one-star review. It's now Sunday, and I'll update this review on Monday or Tuesday. I have to be fair. My advice is DON'T BUY THESE THINGS UNTIL YOU SEE MY UPDATE. UPDATE: Don't buy them. I can only talk about my experience with them, but that has been enough for me to say that they're WORTHLESS!!! UPDATE: 4/1/24: My final word is that they're worthless for men unless they are men with tiny feet. How tiny, I don't know, but I wouldn't buy them if my shoe size was more than 10. They're just too damned small to fit too many men. Why the manufacturer doesn't make larger sizes I have no idea.

Near perfect product for everyone doing sports, walking or running on great distances. The choice of material seems very good: it's extraordinary soft in touch, yet leaves no doubt about durablity: there's no risk of ripping it if used correctly. Putting it on takes seconds and will fit even bigger feet (like mine), thanks to it's elasticity. Many holes on top provide the neccesary ventilation, which should be enough even for a longer walks. On larger feet (or longer toes) the sleeves may seem like not deep enough, but in my opinion covering all the space between toes would endanger the proper ventilation. This way the feet get all the air they need to not develop any skin condition or simply cause discomfort. Disadvantages? I've found only one: you have to get used to how the material "works" under your feet. It compresses under the weight of the body, providing very significant sensation of something moving underneath. Just like walking barefoot on gummy bears, but on a smaller scale. If that's not an issue for you, nothing will be. Summary: if sport/shoes gave you any problems with toes/joints and you need something to help them recovering, it's a perfect aid for it. It may seem a bit pricey but the relief it provides is well worth it.
