I love this pillow. It has solved my neck pain and I'm getting the best sleep ever. The pillow height is perfect and the shape cradles my head the way it should. I never have to wake up at night and reposition it since the density holds its shape, yet it's soft at the same time. I tried a few before I found this one and I knew as soon as I unpacked it I had a winner. It didn't keep a strange crease down the middle like so many of them do after shipping, but most importantly it had zero odor. When we went on vacation I brought it with me because I knew I wasn't going to sleep the same without it. I bought the pillow last November, and after several months of use, it's still like new. The best thing about the pillow is it resolved my neck pain. I'm still rather young, but not as young as I used to be. I kept waking up with awful neck pain and at one point, I couldn't even turn my head. My Doctor told me I needed to switch my pillow because, after an MRI, they couldn't see any cause for concern. So, as I said earlier, I tried a few. They were either, too hard, too tall, too soft, an odd shape, etc... Then I found this one and it turned out to be perfect. My neck pain has totally resolved itself. I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning. Also, when I lay in bed at night and watch TV, the pillow props up nicely and gives enough support for me to see the TV comfortably. Lastly, for us side sleepers who want to put an arm underneath the pillow, it works wonderfully for that as well. I've found myself perfectly comfortable going from my back to my side. I highly recommend this pillow, and if you've already tried multiple memory foam pillows and none of them satisfied, get this pillow! You won't regret it!

NECK PILLOW HELPS HEAL BAD BACK AND NECK PAIN. SEVERE BACK INJURY 6 YEARS NOTHING HELPED. GOT THIS TYPE OF PILLOW 6 YEARS AGO, LAID ON MY BACK ONE DAY FOR A COUPLE HOURS AND I FINALLY FELT RELIEF. WENT FROM A 50 YEAR SIDE SLEEPER TO A BACK SLEEPER IN ONE NIGHT AND I HAVE BEEN PAIN FREE EVER SINCE. THIS PILLOW IT THICKER ON THE SIDES WHICH HELPS KEEP YOUR NECK IN PLACE WHEN LAYING ON YOUR BACK. I TOOK THE INSERT OUT SO MY NECK DROPS DOWN IN THE CREVE MORE. THE PILLOW ALSO HAS A COVER THAT IS REMOVABLE, MY OTHER PILLOW DIDNT HAVE THAT, ONLY THE TOP COVER CAME OFF..

Sleep quality: I have not noticed a change in the quality of my sleep with this pillow. I do have a preschooler who tends to wander into bed with my husband & I in the early morning hours and he does acrobatics in his sleep so that may be the main factor. Support: this pillow provides the perfect amount of support. It is very comfortable to lay on, especially in side-lay or back-lay position. I am a natural stomach sleeper and although the pillow still provides support on my stomach, I think it works best when I lay on my side. I have been trying to switch to side sleeping to get the most benefit from this pillow. Pain relief: this pillow was a gift from my husband after I was having neck & shoulder pain, which I suspected was caused by how I was laying on conventional pillows. I still get some pain (less than usual though) if I lay on my stomach with this pillow. However, if I sleep on my side with this pillow, I wake up literally pain-free. I have tried sleeping on my side with conventional pillows & still had pain so I know it is the pillow & not the position that is causing relief. This is why I'm trying to switch to side sleeping with this pillow! (Experts say it's the best position ergonomically anyway.) I'm very happy with this pillow. It's super supportive and comfortable and relieves my pain completely if I sleep on my side. It had no weird odor or anything when I took it out of the packaging. I'd recommend it!

This pillow has just the right curve and firmness to be supportive but comfortable. It has no odor, it stays cool, and the price is reasonable.

Quality product, with alot of versatility. Side sleeping, and back sleeping-- perfect for me. This size fits better than my other memory foam pillow which would bug me by forcing head into a channel for back sleeping. This pillow is very good, no neck pain and helps with sciatica to be able to switch sleep positions without flipping pillow. Very pleased.

At first, I was pretty bummed that the ZAMAT pillow I got wasn't eco-friendly like I thought. I always try to find that option, so not sure how this one slipped. I was almost ready to send it back, but something made me give it a shot. And you know what? I'm actually glad I did. Despite the polyester cover that didn't align with my eco-friendly hopes, this pillow is seriously comfy. I've been dealing with neck pain forever, but this thing's adjustable design and memory foam make a huge difference. No matter how I sleep - on my side, back, or stomach - it supports me just right. It's like it knows where I need the most help! Sure, I wish the cover was more planet-friendly, but the fact that it's washable is a plus for keeping it clean. If they ever switch to eco materials, this pillow would be even more awesome. But for now, the comfort it gives me totally outweighs my hang-up about the cover. If you want a pillow that's a game-changer for neck pain and doesn't mind the material bit, this one's worth considering.

My chiropractor introduced me to this modern version of the cervical pillow because I was getting tension headaches caused by neck stiffness. She said that because I have a short neck, who knew, that this type of pillow would be better for me than the traditional cervical one. Overnight, my headaches went away. Keep in mind that I was 100% certain that the headaches were caused by the position of my neck while sleeping, nothing more serious. I find that the best position for me is on my back, but I can also stay on my sides for some time without experiencing a headache. Also, note that there is a piece of foam inside the pillow that you can remove to make the dip even shallower. I did that, and it seems to be the best position for my neck. I ordered the King, but was surprised to see that it is not a standard-size king pillow. It's much shorter, so measure before you buy. Overall a great pillow with removable cover for washing.
