I had headaches when I started this, so I backed the dosage down to only one per day instead of two. That was still a little bit strong, so I was taking them every other day. Eventually I could take 1 10mg per day. When I got to the end of the bottle, I wasn’t sure if I had had any results? I am retirement age and felt like my skin may or may not have looked better. After a couple of weeks, I realized when I brushed my hair, I no longer had a brush full of hair. Then I realized when I vacuum, I no longer have to clean all of my hair out of the brush each time. My hairline was starting to get sparse and after taking an entire bottle, I could see baby hairs is growing back. Ordered another bottle and will report back if I noticed other great results. Update: decided to try a different brand to save $. After 3 months my hair started falling out a LOT. Can’t say it was caused by other brand? Ordered Double Wood Spermidine and hair loss reduced within a week.
