Good healthy little cracker! Use with dips and cheeses!
Honestly, I had read a review on Reddit about this product but, I wasn’t ready for the taste and texture. They come in a variety here on Amazon. The cinnamon one was tried first. It was pretty bland and I love the taste of cinnamon. Okay, the Reddit review should have remembered the first taste wasn’t going to be exciting. LOL!! However, all of that being said. The packaging is a good size to take with you on the go. The crackers do need to have something to go with it. Do not try it by itself. You will not like it. But, pairing it with something like a dip, cottage cheese, cream cheese, Avocado, well you get what is being said here. It tastes really good and a good healthy snack. Give it a try! You will probably like it. Can’t promise it though. Everyone is different and has different tastes. I gave it a 5 because it is a good little cracker & it is pretty healthy. Value for the money, that is to what an individual thinks is expensive or not. I believe it was a little pricy. Who am I to say? ;-)

Yuck 🤢
These crackers were recommended to me by my nutritionist. I bought the rather pricey variety pack of four. They are the absolute worst crackers I have ever tasted. I was happy when my dog stole a bag and ate them. ( He’ll eat anything, but I noticed his usually compliant sister dogs refused the snacks….and they aren’t that discriminating either) seriously Flackers, it’s hard to believe you have customers for these seed covered cardboard bites. 🤢

You will just have to give them a try.
Of the 4 flavors. My personal tastes ran from a zero, won't probably eat more than the first ones I tried (Cinnamon & Currants) to 'ok' and doable maybe with some accessories like cheese or PB. (Sea Salt), to 'I can eat 8 (1 serving, 9g fiber) or 16 of these plain and while they aren't Nacho Cheese Doritos, I can enjoy the flavor (Rosemary & Savory). The Savory is my favorite. They have a little heat to them via red chilli flakes. Visually they are very much a processed fusion of flax seeds, in that they are obviously a flattened layer of flax seeds that are formed and cut, not as beautiful as the pictures on the outside of the bag. This isn't an issue for me but some may find this off putting. I also arrived at this product via Casey Means videos and book. In the war to get fiber in my diet this is a option that works for me. It's worth a try to see if it works for you.

This product is for low carb lifestyle (Keto, paleo, etc..)
To be clear, if you eat triscuits, townhouse, or any other type of carb-laden crackers; then you will probably not like this product. It is more expensive, and does not "taste" as good as the aforementioned. However, if you have a low carb lifestyle, these crackers tick all the boxes. Low-carbers need a good source of fiber on a regular basis, Check! Low-carbers have few choices other than pork rinds for a crunchy based scoop for dip or spread, Check! *Great with Hummus, the Cinnamon Currant great with peanut butter

Super seedy
I like them but if you don't care for seeds for whatever reason, these crackers are not for you. So just be aware that these won't replace Ritz or saltines. That caveat out of the way, the crackers have a good flavor - subtle and not highly seasoned, they pair nicely with cheese and pepperoni. If you're low-carbing and tired of soft foods, here you go!

DISGUSTING
I have been low carb for a month and really miss a cracker or crunchy snack. I saw these Flackers and have been so excited to receive them. I opened the box immediately upon delivery to try them and could not believe how awful they are. I am so very disappointed. So i took to amazon right away to return them as they were not cheap and i only tried 1 bite of 2 of the 4 flavors I ordered. Apparently they do not offer returns. I will never try any new food products on amazon again. These are just terrible. Very disappointing.

Life saving treat
These may not tickle everyones taste buds but they are a life-saving necessity if you're on a carb restricted diet and need help in the fiber department. The savory/rosemary/tomato basil are great in salads broken up. The cin and currant are great with Pb&jelly...Cream cheese on any of them, are a super treat! Be creative! Don't be a hater...

Not Great
I feel like if you have a bird feeder and you went outside and chopped it up that it would be comparable to these crackers. The seeds get stuck in nooks and cranny's of your throat that no amount of drinking, hacking, will dislodge them and the taste is.....not great. Perhaps if you were eating them with a very VERY flavorful dip it would help cover up the taste. Also one of the 4 bags arrived with a tear in it and I emailed the seller who basically said tough luck call Amazon. So yeah...I just threw 30 dollars into the trash.
