I have been taking this consistently now for a little over a month. The hardest thing to get past for me is the taste. There isn't much of a taste, but I'm particular. I've found I like this best with orange juice first thing in the morning and the taste has gotten better. I hardly notice now that I'm used to it. The results were quick and better than I imagined. I have more energy, less cravings, my moods/emotions feel more stable, I feel more physically motivated, and I'm fuller in the mornings and for quite a while. My nails and hair have always grown quickly, but I'm holding out hope to see nail/hair strength more than growth. I've thoroughly enjoyed the results and I will be sticking with it!

The powder is very fresh and mixes exceptionally well. It does not add any additional taste when mixed into other drinks. Additionally, the packaging is solid and effectively keeps the powder dry.
