Excellent grip and support for heavy lifting days. The adhesive holds up through long sessions and sweaty hands, but still comes off cleanly. I’ve tried other tapes and this one stays put better without cutting off circulation. Great quality.

Thumb tape can be so annoying. I've tried a few. LiftRx is nice and sticky but it rips. WeightliftingHouse slips down my thumb halfway through the workout. I've used this tape now for about a week and it doesn't slip or rip! Yay! I'm sold.

I’ve been using this grip tape for quite some time, and it’s always provided great grip, even during sweaty and chalky workouts. However, the last box I purchased seemed to have a slightly thinner material compared to previous ones. I don’t like the new texture as much, so I’d take it down to 4 stars for that reason. Still, it’s a solid product that gets the job done.

Little background on me for reference: I train in both Strongman and Highland Games, and I compete in HG. My regiment is intense, and I also perform a lot of Olympic style lifts including their variations. Anyone who trains like this, esp with hook grip, knows the damage done to the hands and esp the thumbs. This tape is the bee’s knees when it comes to quality and consistency. I use it every time I lift, esp heavy, and the tape provides both grip and comfort. I use it for Highland Games training and competition as it stays on/adheres, even under great pressure.
