Husqvarna TS 248XD (48") 23HP Kawasaki Lawn Tractor w/Locking Differential

It was well created delivered by FedEx. FedEx help me put it right in my driveway opened it up and looked at it. It was perfect condition. It runs starts perfectly very happy.

Very disappointed! After 10 minutes of first using, one blade fell off from my brand-new Husqvarna.

We purchased this to replace our previous 20 year old riding mower. This one is better than our last one as the deck has more height adjustment, and especially the limited slip differential it does not get stuck.

Delivery was a nightmare. The vendor’s staff was very friendly and they repeatedly promised that the tractor would arrive the next day and that the FedEx trucker would call an hour before delivery. Delivery was promised for 7/18, 7/21, 7/22, 7/23. Unfortunately, each time I had to call at the end of the day to find out that there would be no delivery that day and each day I was I was told that the driver would really call an hour before delivery the next day. Finally, on 7/23, I happened to look out the window and discovered there was a crate at the end of our driveway. Nobody had called, I never got to sign for the delivery. My crated tractor was sitting on the edge of the public road. When I attempted to uncrate it, I discovered that it was not on a pallet off which I could drive it, but on a matrix of 2x6s and 1x4s which prevented it from moving, some of which were under the mower deck and inaccessible. While I cut away what i could with a chain saw, I could not separate the mower deck from the matrix. At that point, I called a mechanic with a saws-all who was able to cut the 2x6 and 2x4s and we were able to literally pry the tractor free (with a 2 by 4).. Had unpacking instructions (tool list) been provided or if we had been able to see under the matrix on the lift truck and direct the placement of the crate this problem/cost could have been avoided. We requested a reimbursement of the $75 charged to us for an after hours assist. Not unreasonable, and does not even begin to cover the hours of waiting we went through. Had I known a saws-all was required I could have spent the $75 on acquiring that tool. The vendor denied our request and there was no response to our request from Amazon. Overall, the tractor works well. The deck can mow very short, think golf course, but would benefit from a taller grass setting for rough country road mowing. Finally, the locking differential is wonderful. It keeps us moving and mowing on our hilly and often wet ground.

This would be the perfect riding mower if the seat was easily adjustable. Why no seat leaver??

This tractor has power to spare. I have a hilly yard and goes up the hiss with no problem. I highly recommend this tractor.
