Form Lighting Sequential LED Reflector Headlights compatible with Toyota Tundra 2014-2021 (pair)

I have a 2018 Toyota tundra these were easy to install and look way better than the stock option not to mention they are way brighter. If your looking for something slightly cheaper but are still quality check these out.

I have a 2018 Toyota Tundra. Perfect fit! Nice and bright. Love the design. The only “downside” is it comes with multiple harnesses depending on vehicle model. It takes a little time to figure out which combination to use for your vehicle. It wasn’t necessarily bad, but it could have been better if it came with instructions. Instead of being fast and easy, it just took another 5-10 minutes trying to get those right. Luckily, the plugs only go to 1 of the correlating plugs, so you can’t accidentally plug into wrong connection. All in all, worth the buy. Be prepared though, in daylight hours, it won’t seem very bright. But once it is dark, you will notice a huge difference in this light vs OEM.

Main bulbs in middle stopped working exactly 1 year after installation. I’ve been in contact with the company and they don’t answer phones nor emails very well. After a week and a half they’ve had me submit receipts, photos, videos and still haven’t began my return. These lights cost way too much to only last 1 year. Buyer beware

These look amazing. Made my 2014 Tundra look like a new truck. So happy I installed these. They were easy to install and they really light up the road. These lights also have the leveler motors so the switch still works.

Love the lights but installation was unnecessarily frustrating. Will see how the lights hood up over time, but really enjoying them thus far. Great look, great functionality. As for the installation, was unnecessarily absolutely frustrating. There are no installation instructions included in the box or on Form Lighting website. There is an installation video but it is only partially helpful, as there are several pieces that come in the box that aren’t mentioned or featured in the install video, so it is up to you to figure out what goes where. Additionally it is up to you to figure out how and where to run the jumper from the fuse box to the passenger and driver side light. I installed these on a 2015 SR5 Tundra that has non-LED (ie halogen amber) Daytime Running Lights (DRL). There were only two connectors left after the installation, which were the two connectors for the Tundras that come with LED lights stock. Almost forgot, there were no instructions on how to level the lights after install. YouTube to the rescue — a flat head screwdriver inserted vertically down to an adjustment dial with teeth. Please, Form Lighting, improve your installation instructions.
