If used does it have a warranty

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to us! If it was used, that will void the warranty unfortunately. -Adam

What are the stats on the power supply? Ours is lost and we need another one.

To order replacement parts, please call us at 1-800-467-1421 Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM CST.

Where is the Heckler option?

There is a button you can press to disable it or enable it.

What are outside dimensions of unit?

I'm not certain about the dimensions as I had to upgrade to a pro 800 due to having many issues with the 300. It's smaller than regulation it seems and I went thru 3 different units as they kept breaking. I wouldn't recommend buying this board.
