I've tried different products over the years and always ended up going back to this one. . I'ts the only one that seems to work for me. Good price, stops hunger cravings, gives you an energy boost for exercise and I've always seen results when they are used correctly. Also gunna try some of their pre workout soon, not tried that yet but the reviews look decent

Got these to try to loose a bit of weight post xmas. Really noticed an effect - took two in morning and two in afternoon as per instruction for about 3 days and felt like I was on amphetamines ! Could hardly sleep and was going to the gym each day and found my muscles and body was really tired and not able to exercise at their best due to fatigue /lack of sleep. Also did not like the speed like quality of them - I guess it's the caffeine but felt really giddery and a bit light head. Did give me more energy, but not sure in a good way. Have decided not to continue with them and just go for regular exercise and sleep instead. Might be good for some, but not for me

I have recently bought these to help myself in gym. I took first 2 tablets an hour before my 6pm workout and it did make me sweat while I was cycling. Then I went to do weight training and all I wanted to do while waiting for my turn was bounce up and down. Good stuff! Gave me energy and I could feel it make me sweat even more.
