Came broken
It came broken the box was fine but it was in pieces. the snowman's arm has come off and its fully come off the base Such a shame because it's so cute

like the ornament but needed to be packaged better as one of the snowman's arms was broken when it arrived. I guess they are very fragile, and I will glue , not sure any blame can be put on anyone as could have been the packaging , could have been the courier, could have been booked before being sent. we will never know.
