Pessimistic Penguin
I bought this for an adult friend but took a sneak peek. It made me laugh! It is a great short book for reading out loud to a child. The illustrations are wonderful and the text is simple but charming. I will definitely buy more for friends. I didn't understand why the title page was on the back of the book but it was just another quirk of the book.

This is the best book in our house. My daughter is only 6 months old so I don’t know how much she appreciates it (yet). But I love it

The best pages were the ones advertised. The rest of the book was a little meh. Returned for a refund. The only plus was it was free to return

Great book for kids about having a positive perspective on life
I liked this book because it was funny and insightful. The penguin, like many people today, is negative and complains about everything going on in his life, but an insightful walrus gives the penguin some perspective, whether he wishes it or not. Fun read.
