Gamechangers
These are the Michael Jordan of energy gels. I use them for running and boy are they good - Having used various other gels (Maurten/High 5) I decided to choose a new one for my london marathon training block. Throughout the training, I have had no stomach problems and no flavour fatigue. These are brilliant and 30mg of carbs per 30 mins is enough for most people. Definitely consider these

Great taste
These are my go to. Tastes great and works well. Easy to open and storage well. Buying this pack is value for money and lasts well. While running these help energy levels stay level and the taste and texture is easy to digest.

3 gels. . .
the gels are super nice and very high quality hence the 5 stars, but please be aware. . . when you order a pack of 3...it really is just 3 gels... I assumed looking at the image of 3 gels, that 'pack of 3' meant 3 packs of 3 gels. . .suffice to say paying £12 (incl postage) for 3 gels is a bit steep.

Not for me
I don’t know what everyone is raving about with this product. Not easy to open especially when running, several I had to bite my way through. Consistency is gloopy. Really didn’t like & very expensive

Really enjoy the flavor. Easy on the stomach. A bit expensive considering the market nowadays. I have had no issues with mixing gel with (not in) my hydration. Good quality but a bit pricey in my opinion.

These are great for long runs. Easy on the tum tum and taste great! The caffeine boost is really nice

I've used these to fuel my long races and shorter training days. No gut issues and the flavor is fairly neutral. The caffeine does have a slight bitterness to them, but eat them fast and you will hardly notice. Just the right amount of caffeine -- just enough to help with energy but not so much your gut rejects the gels. highly recommend.
