I really like this stuff. I do cook with it, but I put a serving of it inside beef burn broth every morning. It really complements the flavor of any sort of stock or broth, without a lot of work.

I recently started using this Organic Shiitake Mushroom Powder as part of my routine. I’m a cancer survivor, and while I’m supposed to be on preventative medication, I’ve been dealing with side effects like skin rashes. After doing some research, I read that shiitake mushrooms might support my type of cancer recovery, so I decided to give this powder a try. I’m not a doctor and this isn’t medical advice — just something I’m trying for myself. So far, I really like it. I mix a small amount into my morning coffee (as you can see in the photos), and the flavor blends right in. You can barely taste it, especially in coffee or other strong drinks. This is just my first week, but so far so good! I’ll update my review once I finish the bag. It’s been easy to add to my routine, and it feels good to do something gentle and natural to support my health.

Perfect to add to stews and sauces for a deeper mushroom flavor. Add to pot roast, soups and sauces to elevate natural flavor. Good product keeps well.

Good stuff. I use this for my low sodium diet to add flavor and umami to all sorts of things. I mix it with hamburger meat, I marinate chicken with it. I keep it in a repurposed spice shaker, and shake some onto everything.
