Is it a paint cleaner or just plain water?
Kept my brushes overnight dipped in this liquid but no paint came off the brushes. Is it really a paint cleaner or just plain water sold to unwary customers. It is plain cheating. Will reduce my business at Amazon and buy more my products from reputed shops.
