Great little carabiner for hanging gear while hiking and camping. Light weight, strong, and good fit & finish. My only complaint is superficial, but if color matters to you, be advised: the gold color is MUCH more orange than yellow. This will not complement your brass equipment if you're trying to match vintage bushcraft or EDC gear. Perfectly usable and low-priced. Not worth my time or gas money to return, so I'll find another use (won't be difficult). But I did decide to buy a different product to match my more traditional camping setup.

I always try to order these when I need more. They’re available in great colors and have a nice sparkle to the satin type finish. I feel the quality is definitely good and recommend them‼️

I hang these off my backpack when traveling. I use it to attach water bottle, neck pillow, etc. Works great, looks good.

For cable / band resistance training...THESE SHOULD BE THE NEW NORMAL! Bowflex ships "traditional" style Carabiner clips, which have interlocking teeth between the gate and the larger end of the fixed-loop. Per engineers, the interlocks between the gate and loop makes the "traditional" design safe and wise, because the interlock increases the total holding strength of the carabiner... ...just like an engineer to ignore the human-meat in the equation! Those interlocking teeth are wicked-sharp, and just about IMPOSSIBLE to avoid completely. Cable machines, Bowflex, stretch-bands -- they ALL ship with "traditional" carabiners, because it's a safe choice (i.e. avoid the lawyers!)...but they all risk cutting the crap out of your fingers, unless you pay close attention EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the gate. Trying to push a strip of webbing through the gate (i.e. to keep your hands safely distant)? Good luck...the webbing will snag on the teeth, and your fingers will have to get close anyway. THESE carabiners solve the problem. They open-and-close like butter. They're plenty strong to hold a few hundred pounds. That said, without third-party testing to validate their claimed weight-bearing ability... and it doesn't take much to open this wire-gate version...DO NOT risk the safety of your neck/spine by using these for a yoga-sling holding your entire body upside-down! The fixed-loop section’s profile is not cylindrical like the traditional carabiner (instead its cross-section is a rounded-edge "T"-beam for added strength and load-spreading), so be aware that you must slightly rotate this carabiner while threading it onto the end of a Bowflex cable (i.e. their cable’s fixed-loops are small)...it takes about 1/10th of a second. With larger D-rings/webbing, no problem at all.

I got these so that I could carry my RC controller on my belt among other things. While these are not designed for climbing they are good for clipping things onto other stuff. The spring seems reliable and positive, the colour is quite funky and they did the job when I used them. Cant complain.
