I’m absolutely delighted to have discovered SereniBrain, a meditation tool that fits my needs even better than MUSE. I especially appreciate its excellent connection stability, which allows me to truly relax during my meditation sessions without any interruptions—exactly what meditation should be all about. Beyond the built-in sessions, I really love that I can use any audio I prefer to track and assess my meditation state. What’s even better is that I can do nothing at all, I simply wear the headband, turn on the meditation tracking feature, and it accurately records my brainwave data. It’s fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised to find their "Raisin Meditation" guided session, which remind me of the book An 8 week program to free yourself from depression and emotional distress. This engaging and effective mindfulness practice shows that SereniBrain is dedicated to combining meditation theory with practical guidance. I’m excited to see what future updates will bring!

Supports meditation being more productive and interesting. Excellent device for meditation feedback. I particularly like that it alerts me when I start thinking instead of concentrating by lowering the volume. It also provides an ongoing score that can be used to compare against other sessions on a calendar and as feedback during a session. There is more indepth feedback focusing on a particular type of brainwave. There are a variety of guided meditations, guidance free meditations and a feature to monitor my meditation using my own music or guidance separate from the application. I had a problem with my first unit and customer support was very attentive.

This is an impressive instrument. As it first came on and started to triangle its signal, I reached down to scratch my leg. The graph actually reacted to my movement in real time – there was NO lag. There have been no disconnects either. A gel electrode will always beat a metal electrode. As an experienced mediator I can say the “Practice State Curve” is very accurate and responsive. More improvements are to be expected since this is a new product. I would like the option of reducing the data points on the graphs so I can get more on the screen (1/10 of a second is a lot of data). They also need to add the ability to export the data. Someone complained about no privacy and the data going to China. What in the world is China supposed to do with my data? Am I going to go on vacation to China and get interrogated over my EEG numbers? I don’t get it. The data is supposed to be depersonalized, and if it is not who cares.

The major drawback of meditation for me has always been my reluctance to practice consistently. I think this is because I become disillusioned with seeing no visible results. This headband adds a bit more incentive since it (and it's accompanying app) allows me the see whether my mind is active, relaxed or calm during each session. Pretty effortless to use; simply connect Bluetooth, set your level of difficulty, the amount of time you choose to me monitored and begin. After each session the AI offers a description and analysis of your session. Easy. Using the headband has also prompted an interest in the various brainwaves monitored. How to replicate or produce specific brainwaves to obtain desired results. Highly recommended.

It helps meditate but only with their app. It doesn't allow 3rd party apps. Also it doesn't measure coherence, which is very important to mediators that know it's importance. The only good thing is that it has really good sensors and you can wear it in bed without reading it.

I love it. It’s super simple to figure out and use. 1. Download the app on your phone 2. Push the electrodes into the round slots 3. Push the button on the top of the device to turn it on 4. Connect it to the internet / blue tooth on your phone 5. Select your choice of meditation 6. Use the slide bar to increase your time 7 hit start 8. Begin your session All sessions automatically stop. If you are advanced in meditation like I am, use an external timer to vibrate on your wrist like an apple watch or an egg timer to pop you out of meditation. THE VERY FIRST PAGE OF THEIR "TERMS OF SERVICE" , that you must agree-to after downloading and installing their APP, AND BEFORE IT WILL EVEN ATTEMPT TO CONNECT TO THE HEADSET, CLEARLY STATES "WE ABSOLUTELY LOG AND STORE ALL YOUR PERSONAL-USE DATA. AND...AND... ALSO BEFORE IT WILL CONNECT TO HEADSET YOU MUST ALSO GRANT FULL ACCESS TO NOT ONLY "Device Location Access", BUT THE "PRECISION" -"DEVICE-LOCATION" ACCESS!, THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME, AND ALL THOSE INVOLVED LOGISTICALLY AS WELL.

Habe das SereniBrain Stirnband schon ein paarmal ausprobiert, scheint alles sehr gut zu funktionieren, nur dass es kein deutsches sondern nur ein englisches Benutzerhandbuch gibt ist mühsam, daher ein Punkt Abzug.. 19.9.2025 Nachtrag: Ich habe wegen dem deutschen Benutzerhandbuch nachgefragt und kurzfristig eine gute deutsche Übersetzung als PDF per Email erhalten. Das Gerät funktioniert auch sehr gut. Ich habe mir aber sicherheitshalber ein Kontaktgel für EEG-Sonden gekauft, falls der Kontakt zur Haut schlechter werden sollte. Jetzt bin ich voll zufrieden, daher 5 Sterne.
