This is my second review because the information was not clear for how to use it and I gave it 2 stars before. Since the seller contacted me later to make this little bit clear to avoid any MISLEADING I give them 2 more stars for their customer service. So FYI, every bottle has 90 capsules, and you take 3 CAPSULES ONCE DAILY; therefore, every month, 1 bottle. I bought 12 packs for 1 year with 2 years of expiration date.

My son used the pills for a year and the product does help my son grow a lot and beyond our expectation. We buy him for another year and hope he grow more. My daughter doesn't like it because she does not want to swallow three big pills every night. Sorry for her.

We have kids at and below the bottom of the growth charts and I feel better now that they are getting core minerals needed for growth. It's a long term play, so it's hard to say yet if they are having a huge impact, but the stats check all of the boxes and they are easy to get the kids to take.

My son said this was a good product, and liked it because of the mineral content. He lost interest in taking them, and I wish he would continue. He's being a teenager, I suppose. He said he didn't want to grow any more. The company has agreed to accept the remaining bottles (thank goodness!) It is definitely worth a try for anyone trying to gain some more height and get better nutrition.
