Sonne's Intestinal No 9 Description • Helps Remove Debris Accumulations from the Colon • Powdered ago Ovato Blond Psyllium Seed Plus Husk • A Vegetable Product with Minute As of Soy Flour and Magnesium Trisilicate Our Intestinal is a finely ground powder of imported psyllium husk and seed. As it contains primarily fiber and no or al stimulants, it can be used on a daily basis to assist normal bowel peristalsis. (In contrast, s and al preparations stimulate the peristaltic muscles of the bowel, and, if used regularly create a "dependency" and weaken normal colon function.) Psyllium has a hydrophilic (water-loving) action that softens hardened mucous lining the bowel wall, facilitating its elimination. Psyllium can help achieve a high fiber diet, which is so important in maintaining good bowel , and is now recognized as important to help maintain a y cholesterol level already in the normal range. Our #9 Intestinal and #7 Detoxificant are ideal companion products, and we recommend they be used together for maximum detoxification via the alimentary canal.* Directions One heaping teaspoon of Intestinal properly mixed in water or fruit juice upon arising, and at retiring, gives excellent results, especially if one or two tablespoons of Sonnet's #7 Detoxification is added to the mixture before shaking. This product tends to gel quickly when moistened. A pleasant way to take both this and the #7 Liquid Detoxification Bentonite (a principal ingredient in bentonite is montmorillonite) is to use a jar with a tight cover. Place 1/2 to 1 inch of pineapple, orange, or fruit juice of your choice in the jar and add (in this order) an 8 oz. glass of water, one or two tablespoons of #7 Detoxification and lastly a heaping teaspoon of #9 .
