does it has nozzle caps to trigger the paint? can i use it right out of the box and apply it vertically downwards without any extra caps or tools?

Yes, it is just a matter of shaking the can, you hear the ball bearing rattle after a few shakes of the can, you then aim, press the cap and mark out your line. All very quick and easy.

does it come with spray cap?

Yes inside the cap is a lose spray top you just push on

How long does it last outdoors before washing off?

I've used it to mark out areas for people to gather in a car park. We'll over a year has passed with footfall, and all sorts of weather and all marking are still clear...not requirement for touch up yet
