Great product
The wardrobe is assembled very nicely. The assembly was also done very quickly and in a well mannered way without damaging the product. The product is also of very nice quality and durable.

Quality is good. The technician did a very good job assembling the wardrobe. The work was neat, professional, and completed satisfactorily. The product quality is also very good and meets my expectations. Overall, I am happy with the service and the product. 👍

Good product. Value for money.
Product is very nice. Received the same as ordered. Very spacious. Sturdy and god looks. But the carpenter one mr. baby john, whom the furniture company assigned for a free installation, was very tricky. He demanded ₹500 as his service charge for a free installation. When i said i need to call the company, he immediately withdrew his demand.

Product is excellent but missing installation document and panel sticker numbers
Product quality is excellent at this price. 1 star less for no installation document ( only video is Available which is not upto the mark), installation guide document should provide all the panel numbers and names. The product I revived had some different numbers and some were missing so the installation technician took very long time trying to figure out and had to remove and reinstall the product. I would like to add another important update, the hangers don’t fit as length of hangers is 45cms and width of wardrobe is 40cm

Amazing Product, Great Support and Quick Resolution
Initially, I was upset with the seller as the delivery was late. However, once I raised the concern, the customer support executive, Radhika, expedited everything along with the assembly. The assembly person, Shabaz, was also very experienced and completed the work quickly.

Good product, poor customer communication
The wardrobe looks good and feels sturdy once installed. Storage space is decent and the finish is nice for the price. The installation person did a great job and handled everything professionally. However, customer care communication from Viki was very poor and needs serious improvement. I would strongly suggest checking the box carefully at the time of delivery to ensure all parts are correct and complete.
