less sweet to the yellow Turkish figs and the seeds are less and don't get stuck in your teeth, easier to chew up. an excellent when you need a treat food ,not too hard or too soft just dried out enough

These are FRESH ! They are absolutely delicious! They melt in your mouth soft. Ive been buying these for a very long time, but the ones I received today , are the best figs ive ever ate. And my family has fig trees, however, these have them beat. Highly recommend!

Not gluten free, but the company is responsive. My understanding is that the facility is gluten-free, but not certified. If you or a loved one needs this item to be certified gluten free, check elsewhere. Otherwise, the company gets a thumbs-up.
