Could I use alcohol wipes to clean them after patient rooms ?

You can clean the safety glasses either with the clean cloth inside the package, or the Microfiber bag. We don't recommend cleaning with alcohol wipes because it will damage the anti-fog coating.

Are they saftey glasses 2.75?

The safety glasses are not 2.75, it's protective eyeglasses with anti-blue and anti-fog coating lenses.

What is the frame material please?

The safety goggles are made of TR90 frame material and polycarbonate lens, very comfortable and lightweight.
