I bought these for help with vaginismus after many years of thinking penetration would just be a no go, ever for me. I've bought dilator kits before, but often ones with only 4 sizes and there's so much of a leap between the last two sizes that I could never successfully make that leap. This set, however, has EXACTLY what you need. While you're first getting adjusted to them, the larger sizes are pretty ouchy, but if you do the breathing exercises and everything included with these, you may find that you're actually able to train yourself right up to the biggest one in nowhere near as long as you would've assumed it would have taken! I'm honestly shook. A huge thank you to the creators of this product for making a normal sex life possible!

I've been using these for many months to treat vaginismus and for dilating for physical therapy after a vestibilectomy. They're made well and show no sign of wear or tear even with how long I've been using them. If you need a tool to help your body prepare for penetration, this is a good option.

I really wished there was a size between 1.375 and 1.625. That's a huge jump in size

This company does not allow you to return this set after you open the bag where they come, but the roughness and sharp areas can not be felt or see through the bag. I am sad to say that most of the dialators on this set are deffective and I can not get my money back.
