Does it really burns the white patches

This Indetouch® UVB Phototherapy device uses special Narrow Band UVB light imported from Japan and the device has the added benefit or feature to adjust the UV exposure area using the spot opening mechanism provided (Slider adjustment for targeted exposure). These UVB lights do not burn the white patches but help stimulate the hormones to produce melanin pigment faster similar to sunlight. Unlike sunlight (that emits all UV lights like UVC, OZONE etc) this device emits only filtered UVB light 311nm wavelength which is dermatologically recommended for various skin problem treatment like Vitiligo, Psoriasis, Dermatitis etc. Buyers can simply follow the exposure chart (given for each skin problem) in the user manual or follow the schedule as recommended by their skin doctor / Dermatologist.

What type of warranty is this if there is no warranty for its light lamp which is main part of this device.....it is useless without its light lamp
