Five-time Mr. Universe, seven-time Mr. Olympia, and Mr. World, Arnold Schwarzenegger is the name in bodybuilding. Here is his classic bestselling autobiography, which explains how the “Austrian Oak” came to the sport of bodybuilding and aspired to be the star he has become.I still remember that first visit to the bodybuilding gym. I had never seen anyone lifting weights before. Those guys were huge and brutal….The weight lifters shone with sweat; they were powerful looking, Herculean. And there it was before me—my life, the answer I'd been seeking. It clicked. It was something I suddenly just seemed to reach out and find, as if I'd been crossing a suspended bridge and finally stepped off onto solid ground. Arnold shares his fitness and training secrets—demonstrating with a comprehensive step-by-step program and dietary hints how to use bodybuilding for better health. His program includes a special four-day regimen of specific exercises to develop individual muscle groups—each exercise illustrated with photos of Arnold in action. For fans and would-be bodybuilders, this is Arnold in his own words. Review: The best book for when you want to get fit, and you're a beginner. - This book inspired and continues to inspire me to workout at a high volume and with conscious effort. This book motivated me to start exercising, and gave me a how to manual to get started. This book is indispensable if you want to be a champion. Review: Less content but recommended motivation if u read this book - Amazing content , only about 100-110 pages of his story and rest are unnecessary workout details! This book is real motivation! u can rather choose total recall instead but this book has its place. Totally recommend you to buy this. Could read it in 4-5 days! Delivery and packaging was good.got it in 2 days. And the book is of good quality.

Autobiography plus training guide
Gr8 book which cover's Arnold's lifestory as well as guides you you through exercises, diet and nutrition and how to achieve everything in life using your willpower. This is a very straightforward book with tons of information and pictures. All his books are available at a very reasonable price though.Books like of Frank zane,Franco coloumbu and other bodybuilder's available on amazon are a bit costly are they were as they are all first edition's and were never reprinted except some of them.Arnold's books are not just books but are treasure's of his knowledge which motivates you push yourself even further not only physically but mentally too.
